New Year 2012 Fitness! Where to go or what to do to make that life change? There are three roads to take and all cost some money each year.
The first is not the direction that any should take but it is what millions of people do multiple times in a year. Those fad/BS diets, workouts, and dreaded supplements the have brain washed the ordinary citizen. Every instant someone is shelling out 10 bucks here and 1000 bucks there for one of these miracle fitness solutions just to be spent on again the next year because the results just didn’t stick or didn’t even happen. Imagine if you saved the wasted money through your whole life and saved the money on the future visits to the doctor, medicine and hospital bills due to weight related diseases. It would be thousands of dollars!!
All that money could be used on these next two things I’m going to discuss that will change your life, reach your goals, and actually make your bank account larger over time.
Ok now for your solutions to all those struggles in reaching goals or doing things that just doesn’t fit in your life in the long run. I’m going to start with the method that takes a long time and alot of effort- BECOME AN EXPERT IN FITNESS!! Get certified in multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition. Not only will you learn more of the truths in fitness but you may be able teach others. After studying, paying for the certs, and taking the tests- you’ll be life long set on achieving your goals and never waste another dollar on fake over hyped fitness.
Now this road to success is the most practical and you will get more bang for your buck and time……….GET A TRAINER certified and lots of experience in working with clients reaching their goals. DO NOT go the route of cheap workouts that are printed off and given to everyone. Or the many other fad statements and myths- I EXPLAIN MANY OF THEM IN A NEW BOOK coming out soon called The Wellness Code. IGNORANCE is the only reason to not budget in what will save you money this year and change your life forever. Figure out what you would spend in two years with memberships, supplements, fad workout programs and all the other garbage that gets you no where. Then research in your area all the available trainers or coaches with the most education and successful experience that relates to your goals plus fits your personality and purchase the plan that will guarantee you happiness. I promise if you do this right now you will be saying that your new year resolution in 2013 is to keep on reaching higher goals. And who knows eventually you may not only inspire others but change another’s life by using the power of education.
